Tim France |
Tim graduated from the
University of Kentucky in 1982 with a degree in Business
Administration. He moved to Nashville, TN to begin his
insurance career with Crum & Forster in the Loss Control
department.
Tim’s insurance career has
taken him, his wife Donna and their three children, Justin,
Wesley and Sarah to many cities across the United States.
These stops included: Nashville, TN; Louisville, KY; Boston,
MA; Owensboro, KY; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL;
Cincinnati, OH; and back to Owensboro.
During all of these moves,
Tim worked for Crum & Forster Insurance, Horn’s Insurance
Agency and Royal & SunAlliance Insurance. He also
found time to obtain his Chartered Property Casualty
Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1995 and his Certified
Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2002.
Tim Purchased Horn’s
Insurance Agency in 1998 and renamed it Horn & France
Insurance, Inc.

Justin France |
A native to
Owensboro, Justin graduated from Daviess County High School
in 2005, and went on to attend Murray State University,
where he studied in business marketing. He began his
insurance career in January 2010 at Horn & France Insurance.

Jason Elder |
Jason is a
native of Owensboro and has been in the insurance industry
since 1997. He is licensed to sell all lines of
insurance, which includes home, auto, life, health and
business insurance in both Indiana and Kentucky. His
main emphasis is on business insurance.
He is an
active member of the Kiwanis Club of Owensboro and Sorgho
Elementary School PTO. He attends Saint Mary Magdalene
Church in Sorgho, Kentucky.
Jason enjoys
golfing, spending time with family and friends and any
activities regarding his children. He and his wife
Caroline have 3 children, Marissa, Logan and Garrett.

Rodney Vancil |
Rodney graduated from
Murray State University in 1979 where he earned a B.S. in
Business Management.
Rodney has been in the
insurance business in Owensboro since 1985. His past
experience included health insurance including self-funded
medical, cafeteria plan administration, health reimbursement
arrangements and health savings accounts. In addition
to health insurance, Rodney is currently licensed and
trained to provide assistance with long term care insurance,
life insurance, disability insurance, home and auto
insurance.
Rodney lives in Owensboro
with his wife Leigh and three children, Nicholas, Griffin
and Olivia.

Benji DeWitt |
Benji M. DeWitt joined
Horn & France Insurance in June 2004 after he retired, at
the age of 39, from the Daviess County Clerk’s Office June
2004. Benji is licensed in the state of Kentucky for
Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurances.
Benji attended State Auto
Insurance Company’s Pace Setter Program, an elite class for
the insurance industry, Fall 2004. He graduated from
Owensboro High School in 1983 and then attended the
University of Kentucky.
Benji and his wife, Angie
and two kids Kegan & Lindsey are members of BridgePointe
Church where they are involved with the youth ministry.
He is involved with The Alma Randolph Charitable Foundation.

Kelly Hardesty |
Kelly began working in
insurance in 1983 in an insurance agency in Hartford, KY.
She joined Horn & France Insurance in 1986 as a Personal
Lines Customer Service Representative.
In 1988 Kelly
obtained her Agent's Solicitors License and in 1998 she
obtained her Life & Health Agent's License.
Her many years
of insurance experience makes her uniquely qualified to
handle all of your personal insurance needs.

Jeanette Ebelhar |
Jeanette started in the
insurance industry in February of 1964.
Licensed Insurance Agent since 1972. Currently serves as
Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative and as Treasurer for the
Corporation. Has been with the agency since it's founding in
1964.
Served as President of Ohio Valley Insurance Women for six
terms, and on a state level and Regional level with the
National Association of Insurance Women and was honored as
Insurance Women of the Year.
Works with youth bowlers on a volunteer basis and has since
1986. Presently serves as President of local Youth
Association Bowlers (YABA) since 1996, and serves as
President and Secretary on several adult bowling leagues.
Was presented with Medal of Honor and inducted into local
Women's Bowling Association Hall of Fame in 1977. She
also obtained her KACSR designation in October 2001.
